In the industry & logistics sector, we develop transponders and readers for delivery logistics and industrial automation solutions. These systems are used in various sectors, such as in the automotive industry to control production logistics and generally to track trays and containers for goods. Other applications include immobilizers, NFC solutions and waste disposal.
RFID transponders and readers from AEG ID have become a reliable contribution to industry 4.0 solutions. The disk transponders used in this segment can withstand the toughest industrial processes, humidity, chemical exposure and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +200°C.
The glass tag is a tough writable transponder designed for industrial environment. It is especially suited for applications where small dimensions are required. Typical applications are identification f boxes, containers, pallets or tools. It also find its applications in identification of textiles or as proof of ownership of valuable itmes, etc.
ARE i2 LF
The ARE i2 is a reader unit, which can be integrated in an industrial field bus network. Most PSK and ASK transponder types can be read with this reader (for example 64 bit read only or 1 kbit or 2 kbit read/write transponder). Because of its small outline dimensions, the reader is ideally suited for integration in completely automated production lines.
The ARE i5 is a stationary variety of the mobile ARE H5 reader. The i5 can read every current Read Only transponder in ASK and PSK area and also the ISO 11784/11785 fdx and hdx transponder. The ARE i5 offers a serial and an USB interface. Furthermore offers the i5 an optional Bluetooth function. The ARE i5 ist typically used in animal identifaction as well as in automation and logistics.
The antenna AAN FK2 is an active and a highly sensitive transmission and receiving unit designed for the reader ARE K1. Because of the special design of the receiving coils, electromagnetic noise and cross over of the transmission magnetic field are automatically compensated. Therefore optimized, reading results are obtained even in noisy industrial environments. Because of its long reading distance, it is primarily used for production control in car assembly lines and paint shop applications as well as in keg logistics.
